Avatar design and built this website to serve as an online companion to a widely circulated printed report card on how the city of London serves its various constituents.

As such, we focused on giving visitors the ability to quickly drill down on areas of interest, including the use of dynamically expanding content sections. Given the broad base of interest, accessibility concerns were also given thorough consideration.
